As an extension of our work in the beautiful city of Lakeway so far, we are proud to have the opportunity to produce The Square at Lakeway with the community’s help. After years of listening to the community and envisioning the best, Haythem Dawlett and the award-winning team at Legend Communities can embark on a project that will enhance the lives of Lakeway residents and visitors for generations. The mixed-use commercial real estate project including upscale retail and residential, with parking, roads, and several green spaces for recreation and community events will bring amenities and value to Lakeway so that our city can continue to thrive.

Next Steps
- We await the important decisions of our City Council in Lakeway to setup The Square at Lakeway to maximize the potential of our new downtown center.
- Due to increases in costs and to reach the maximum potential of the PUD agreement, the developer is asking for economic incentives to be approved by the City of Lakeway. The incentives would come from the revenue generated by the development, not from outside sources.
- Please share your support for the Square at Lakeway by writing a letter to your local City Council member as a show of support.
